We offer a free trial! When you create an account, you will automatically have 10 free minutes added to the account to try the transcription service. You can upload a file that is no longer than 10 minutes so that you can acquaint yourself with the service and determine whether this is the best option for you. 

Please note that if you upload a file that is slightly longer than 10 minutes, for example 11 minutes, your file will not be transcribed and it will say insufficient funds. You will need to purchase more credit by subscribing to one of our plans to receive the transcription.

You will not be charged unless you decide to purchase more credit.
