Refund policy

We offer all users a limited number of free transcription minutes to make sure this is the right service for you.  If your audio or video has background noise, people speaking over each other or the quality of the voice is poor, you may not be happy with the result. For this reason, we give every user the ability to try our service to determine whether or not this service is the best option for you. Therefore, we do not provide refunds.

If you have subscribed to a Plan, you can unsubscribe from your account by going to Settings>Plan.
