What is the maximum support file size?

We currently do not have a strict limit on file size or length. We do however recommend uploading files that are less than 4GB in size or less than 4 hours in length. 

Files that are larger than this are likely to hang (never complete) or encounter errors. If this does happen just drop us a message and we will work through the issue with you.
