Keyboard shortcuts

Here is a handy list of keyboard shortcuts to make editing files even easier.

Mac users may need to use Cmd instead Ctrl depending on their settings.

 Ctrl + Space - Play / Pause the audio or video

Ctrl + R - Rewind the media by 5 seconds

Ctrl + Z - Undo

Ctrl + Y - Redo

Ctrl + F - Find and replace

Enter - Create new paragraph

Ctrl + H - Highlight selected text

Ctrl + B - Strikethrough selected text. This is ideally used when you feel certain audio/video is not required in the final document

Ctrl + C - Copy the text - depending on your settings this will copy the speaker and time details too
