Verification email

You should receive a verification email from us within a minute of signing up. If it hasn’t arrived, try the following:

  1. Refresh your inbox – Sometimes new emails don’t appear until you manually refresh your browser or mail app.
  2. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders – Your provider may have filtered the message into a different folder.
  3. Add us to your safe list – Add our domain (gotranscribe.com) to your safe list to ensure our emails aren’t blocked. After that, request a new verification email from your account.
