I did not receive the verification email

You should receive an email from us with a minute of signing up. If you haven't received an email from us, check out these suggestions:

  • Try refreshing your browser, occasionally you may need to manually refresh your browser to check for new emails.
  • Check your Spam or Junk folder - Your ISP or corporate domain may be configured to deliver commercial mail to your Spam or Junk folder by default. It may even be into another subfolder such as "promotions" automatically.
  • Add Go Transcribe to your safe list, its possible that the email may have bounced or been blocked. try adding our domain gotranscribe.com to the safe list then request another verification email to be sent.
